Renowned chef Daniel Olivella from B44 Catalan Bistro will demonstrate some traditional Catalan dishes as well as some new adaptations at the state of the art cooking Purcell Murray. Eva Bertran from Ferrer Wine Estates will walk you through the wines of the region and share pairing tips.
